As of now no other Android device supports the voice actions apart from Moto X.But now it has expande to all Android OS for OK Google and voice action commands.Now Google is planning to release the OK Google and Voice commands across all the Android OS.Now Google is working on integrating this
feature into Android OS to give this feature to all Android enabled devices.Soon all Android enabled device will have this features.
