The US well know brand T-Mobile merge with MetorPCS with some undisclosed amount.Actually this deal is expected to be close on coming year Q2 2013.The news has given by Deutsche Telekom CFO (Actually Deutsche Telecom is parent company of USA's T-Mobile) and said the deal will be end on coming Q2 of next year 2013.Actually when the both companies are agreed for the deal we have expected this year the deal will be over but now as per the CFO of DT Timotheus said that its expected to close on June 2013.
May be two companies are looking for the better option because both the companies are doing good in the US wireless market segment.Actually in USA T-Mobile can not compete with Verizon and AT&T also they are planning to improve their subscribers by giving additional technology but to provide additional technology T-Mobile USA required setup from MetroPCS.So lets wait and watch what will be their next move on this deal.
