How to set the rules in outlook

This is ver simple and am going to tell you with easy simple steps.

First of all create the folder in your outlook inbox.

Then go to tools and select the rules option.

Select the new rule option and choose the option
"Move messages from some one  to folder "

In the same screen select "people or distribution list "
and select the name of distribution list from the search window.

Finally select the folder to move all the relevant items to the
corresponding group.
