Cisco is about to buy NDS for $5 billion value
its 35% more value from the current value of NDS.
NDS making software business very well.NDS doing Videoguard
business quite well.
So cisco about to buy and merge it with their set top manufacturing
division.
NDS is the leader in making set to box software manufacturing.
They have their huge Research and developement centre in Jerusalem.
